Corporate Hospitality
Match Sponsor
Enjoy the prestige of being the Official Exeter Chiefs Match Day Sponsor in the Chiefs Suite which is situated on the top floor of the Grandstand, enabling sponsors to enjoy both a top class view of the pitch, including the pre-match preparations, and also benefiting from sweeping panoramic views across the rolling East Devon countryside.
Package includes:
- Use of facilities in the Chiefs Suite
- 3 course lunch
- Reserved grandstand seats located outside the Chiefs Suite
- Editorial in Match Programme
- Match sponsorship announced over PA system

The Chiefs Suite can entertain up to 120 VIP guests. The Chiefs match sponsorship package can be designed to cater for business wishing to entertain between 50 and 120 guests.
Price for 50 guests is £3,750 plus VAT, For additional guests the cost is £75 plus VAT per person.
Associate Match Sponsorship
This is a more compact version of a full match sponsorship for a more intimate gathering. This package includes:
- Use of facilities in the Chiefs Suite or Estuary Suite subject to availability.
- Three-course lunch.
- Reserved Grandstand seats.
- Editorial in match programme.
- Associate match sponsorship announced over PA system.
- Logo on the front cover of the match programme.
- Post-match visit by director of rugby Pete Drewett.
- Complimentary match programmes for your guests.
Match ball Sponsorship
This package is ideal for businesses looking for a smaller sponsorship package combining top class hospitality and sponsorship.
Hospitality for between 10 to 50 people.
Reserved prime grandstand seats.
Package includes:
- Use of facilities in either the Estuary Suite or Exeter Suite depending on numbers and availability of the suites.
- Three course lunch
- Reserved Grandstand seats
- Match ball sponsorship announced over PA system
- Logo on the team page in the match day programme
- Complimentary match programmes for your guests
Price for 10 guests is £750 + VAT. Cost for additional guests is £65 plus VAT per person.
Chiefs Business Gold Card
Chiefs Business Gold Card club is the perfect vehicle to blend business with leisure in an exclusive club that has a membership of just 200. Sponsors are invited to enjoy use of bar facilities in the Exeter Suite, which is situated on the first floor of the grandstand.
The package includes:
- Four reserved grandstand seats for all league matches
- Right to enter ballot for International tickets, subject to RFU regulations
- Use of bar facilities in the Exeter Suite on match days
- Opportunity to book three course pre-match meal
- Company's name in fixture & information handbook
Corporate Hospitality
Due to the demand for hospitality at the matches against Northampton Saints 10th Nov, Plymouth 22nd Dec and Cornish Pirates 26th Jan additional hospitality will available in a marquee that will be located at the southern end of the ground.
The package includes:
- 2 course lunch in the marquee
- Reserved seat in the South West Communications stand
- Match programme for all your guests
The cost for a table of 10 is £550 plus VAT.
ADVERTISING
Pitch Side Advertising
There is no better way to highlight your company than having it profiled with a pitch side advertising board at Sandy Park Stadium. Both local and national companies benefit from having their branding on display to the supporters who attend Chiefs matches.
An advertising board at Sandy Park Stadium is also on display to the many visitors who will utilise Sandy Park Conference Centre throughout the year and to both national and local television audiences and readers of local publications.
Cost of advertising boards are:
Touch line perimeter fence facing the grandstand
3000mm x 750mm board - £750 plus VAT.
6000mm x 750mm board - £1,500 plus VAT.
Touchline perimeter fence facing the East Terrace and the television cameras
3000mm x 750mm board - £700 plus VAT.
6000mm x 750mm board - £1,400 plus VAT.
East Terrace
3000mm x 750mm board - £900 plus VAT.
6000mm x 750mm board - £1,800 plus VAT.
Behind the posts

Northern bank

All the above costs exclude the production of the advertising boards (price on application).
Player Sponsorship
Player Sponsorship is a fantastic way of combing some great marketing opportunities together with hospitality.
The exclusive benefits include:
- Company logo/name in every home league match programme, alongside players profile
- Company logo/name and link on Chiefs website along side players profile
- Company name announced every time player scores
- Full VIP Hospitality for 8 guests at one home game. Subject to injury and availability player will meet sponsor and guests.
- Photography of player with company logo/name displayed at Sandy Park Stadium
- Personally signed shirt
- Personal appearance by player on two occasions over the season. (subject to availability and injury)

Match Day Programme Advertising
The Chiefs' match day programme is a 56-page full colour publication that is packed with team information, news, statistics, player interviews and behind the scenes features to provide a quality product that supporters will want to take home and read.
A strictly limited allocation of advertising is available and is positioned for maximum effect within the publication that is bought by a high sales ratio of one in three supporters in the crowd and seen by many more.
Due to the design of the match day programme, some companies may be offered the chance to change their advertisement from game to game to ensure it responds to ever-changing business requirements, such as job vacancies and special offers.
Advertisements appear in every first team league and cup match programme throughout the season, which can amount to up to 19 games.
Full page: £1,300 plus VAT.
Half page: £850 plus VAT.
Fixture & Information Handbook
This publication contains the fixtures for all of Exeter Rugby Football Club's teams, from the Chiefs 1st XV to the U8s, together with all other club information. The handbook is distributed to all members, season ticket holders, Chiefs Business Gold Club Members and all the players in our youth section.
