Where do I go to print my ticket(s)?

Is it really necessary to print my ticket(s)?

Yes, all tickets must be printed prior to arrival at Sandy Park. Only paper tickets will be accepted at the turnstiles. If you do not bring your ticket(s) with you, you will need to go to the Ticket Office, where there will be a £5 per ticket reprint fee. Mobile tickets are not accepted.

I can’t find my ticket that I know I have been allocated in my online account, what do I do?

Firstly, please check that you are logged in to your online account that is linked with your season ticket. You can do this by checking your customer number under ‘Profile & Payment Methods’ on the right-hand side.

I am logged in to the correct account and still can’t see my ticket in my account, where next?

Click ‘tickets’ on the right-hand side when logged in, and you should be able to scroll to the bottom of the page and find your ticket there. We would suggest using a desktop, laptop, or tablet for this. Mobile devices are not always compatible.

I am the lead booker, and want to print tickets for my whole party. How do I do that?

If you are the lead booked for your ‘bubble’, you can click ‘Order History’ on the right-hand side when logged in, and you should see a file that was added this week. Click ‘see details’ and you can print all tickets included in the order from here.

I am expecting to find tickets for my ‘bubble’ in my account to print, but cannot find them under ‘Order History’ as above. What do I do?

You need to ensure that your ‘bubble’ are included in your ‘Friends & Family’. Do this by clicking ‘Friends & Family’ on the right-hand side. If they aren’t showing, then click ‘add’. They are an ‘existing supporter’ so input their surname and customer number.

Once you have all those required in your ‘Friends & Family’, click ‘Tickets’ on the right-hand side. At the top of the page under ‘File Owner’ you can click the drop-down menu to view the tickets allocated to each person in your ‘Friends & Family’.

I still can’t find my tickets, what do I do?

Please contact Ticketing on ticketing@exeterchiefs.co.uk and let them know the issue you are having. Please include your customer number, and the customer numbers of all those you are trying to print for, if applicable. Please do be aware that the ticketing team are monitoring a large volume of emails, and will reply as soon as possible. Thank-You for your patience.

What is the QR code for on my tickets?

This is a link to the Covid-19 Symptom pre-screening questionnaire that must be completed by all those attending on the day of the game. The questionnaire will open for responses on the day of the game. If you cannot follow the QR code on your ticket, the link to the questionnaire can be found here

How do I book car parking for the game?

Car parking is available at Digby Park & Ride, and is priced at £10 per space. Digby Park & Ride is approximately 0.7 miles walk from Sandy Park. Please note there are no shuttle buses from the car park to Sandy Park.

Car parking must be booked by 5pm on Friday. A parking ticket will need to be printed to be displayed in your dashboard. Parking can be booked here
