Summer recruit Charlie Woodman knows all about success in rugby, after her father Trevor won the Rugby World Cup in 2003 with England.
Prior to university, Woodman specialised in athletics, focusing on the 100m, 200m and triple jump.
She first took up rugby at Newcastle University, where she was invited to play rugby league for England U20s.
After leaving university, she returned to the XV form of the game, playing for Cheltenham Tigers in the Championship, before returning back to the West Country.
Following a successful trial, Woodman joined up with the Chiefs squad for the forthcoming season, balancing rugby with her job as an estate agent.
