Frankie Nowell

The younger brother of former Chiefs player and England and British & Irish Lions star, Jack Nowell, Frankie has followed a similar rugby progression path to that of his elder sibling.
A talented and strong runner, who can play across the back division, Nowell started playing at just six years of age with the Penzance-Newlyn RFC Mini and Juniors section.
It was clear from an early age that Nowell had the rugby genes – his silky skills combining with a willingness to run hard and cause opposition defences problems.
Having been schooled in Mount's Bay, Nowell then made the move to Truro College, where he honed his development with the Chiefs Academy before eventually joining the ranks here at Sandy Park ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Already he is getting to grips with senior rugby, plying his trade with Plymouth Albion in National League One and RFU Championship side, Cornish Pirates.
