Having arrived halfway through Exeter Chiefs' debut campaign, wing Laura Sheehan has established herself as part of a rapid Chiefs backline.
She scored her first Exeter try against Loughborough Lightning at Sandy Park and went viral in the rugby world recently, as she finished off a stunning length of the field score against Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop.
Laura began her rugby journey at 19, when she first took up the sport at University College Sport. From there, she progressed through the ranks, representing her two former clubs Highfield RFC and UL Bohemians in the All-Ireland League. Sheehan has also represented Munster in the inter-provincial series.
At international level, Sheehan made her Irish debut in 2018 against the USA, where she marked the occasion with a try.
