Exeter Chiefs Women are seeking an ambitious, knowledgeable, and passionate assistant coach to join our high-performance rugby programme.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the defensive system, developing a technically proficient, tactically astute, and physically dominant defence that reflects the Exeter Chiefs identity. As well as assisting in the development of the forwards or backs units.

With crowds of up t 15,000 packing into Sandy Park, the demand on our facility and its personnel continues to grow each year. That’s why, we are now looking for additional stewards to assist on match days.

In what is sure to be another action-packed period at the home of the Chiefs, we need additional support to ensure we maintain the highest of standards for everyone visiting the stadium on match days.
