Chiefs Academy players to make England U18s debuts

Exeter Chiefs Academy players Jack and Will McIntosh are in line to make their England U18s debuts as they have been named in the squad to face Georgia U18s on Friday.

The identical twins, who are both a product of Kingsbridge RFC age-grade system, join their Chiefs academy teammates Jeremy Keys and Archie Guyver in being included in the 26-player squad to play the Georgians on matchday one of the 2026 U18s International Series in South Africa.

The Englishmen open their campaign in the Western Cape on Friday, 7 August at 12:30 [BST] with the fixture streamed live on the SuperSport Schools website.

Sale Sharks back-rower Charlie Bray captains the side which includes 12 debutants including the McIntosh boys.

England U18s men’s head coach Jonathan Pendlebury said: “Georgia will provide a huge challenge, and we know we’ll need to show real purpose in our performance from the first minute if we’re to make a positive start to the tour.

“This group has prepared with great intent and the support they show one another, combined with their relentless competition in training, which has been a real strength throughout the opening week.
