Community Chiefs launch new matchday experiences
Published on: 06/10/2026
With 13 men’s home games and eight women’s games to be played at Sandy Park this season, more than 600 kids have already signed up to our entertaining matchday experiences.
Each matchday package includes a tour of playing facilities, a training session, the chance to be part of the pre-game guard of honour and the half-time lap of honour, as well as a match ticket for the Inch’s Stand to watch the action unfold as you cheer on Chiefs.
Head of community Tom Steer said: “As a community team, we love delivering our matchday experiences at each home game. We get great buy-in from the Chiefs men’s and women’s players as well as all the kids who attend.
“It’s a fantastic way to make a Chiefs match at Sandy Park special for each family and encourages a burgeoning love for the game in young rugby players.”
This season, we’re also launching a new specialised matchday experience, exclusive to the Gallagher PREM game against Harlequins on Saturday, 31 October.
Incorporated in this brand new package is a specialised introduction to strength & conditioning session, Q&A with our physio team to gain insight into the behind the scenes work of a professional sporting environment, all to be followed by a rugby session and recovery shake, made by our Chiefs players chefs.
