Free coach development sessions open for bookings

The first two coach development sessions of the 2026/27 season are open for bookings.
Exeter Chiefs Academy performance coach Ali Hepher will lead both sessions exploring the practical training and coaching techniques to help players develop in an enjoyable and positive environment.
The sessions are open to coaches from Devon and Cornwall clubs and schools of all age grades and all levels.
Hepher said: “So many coaches are volunteers who are just supporting their sons or daughters but want to learn more to help improve the performance and enjoyment for all their players. These sessions are designed to support coaches at all levels to extend their skills in an active environment.”
Monday, 12 October, at Exeter College (almost sold out - get in quick!)
- Meet at the Centre for Rugby.
- Footwear: All attendees need to wear moulded studs to be on the playing surface. Strictly no trainers or astro boots. You will be refused entry if you are not in the correct footwear.
- Limited parking is available in the Centre for Rugby car park. Obtain a ticket from the machine for two hours free parking.
- Free entry.
