Exeter Chiefs prop Alec Hepburn is to appear before an RFU Disciplinary Hearing tomorrow following his dismissal against Harlequins at the weekend.

The England international was sent off by referee Ian Tempest on the stroke of half time for a tip tackle, contrary World Rugby Law 9.18.

Hepburn's case will be heard by an independent disciplinary panel comprising Charles Cuthbert (chair) with Olly Kohn and one other panel member to be confirmed.

Worcester Warriors prop Rory Sutherland will face the same panel after he received a red card for dangerous tackling in the first half of the match between Bath Rugby and Worcester Warriors on Sunday, contrary to World Rugby Law 9.13.
