Dafydd Jenkins has been named to start against Argentina in Wales’ 2025 Quilter Nations Series opener at the Principality Stadium.

The side is new head coach Steve Tandy’s first XV in charge of the nation. He names Adam Beard as Jenkins’ second row partner while Jac Morgan captains the side from the back row.

Tandy said: “It’s a real privilege to announce my first match day 23 for Wales. I just want to see that 23 really go out there and express themselves on Sunday and enjoy every moment of representing the country in such a unique and special jersey.”

The fixture, which kicks off at 15:10 on Sunday 9 November, will be broadcast live on TNT Sports. In the weekends to follow, Wales will welcome Japan, New Zealand and South Africa to Cardiff as they face a tough autumn campaign.
