Join Harry for another bake-off session

Having wowed Exeter Chiefs fans with his Lockdown Lemon Drizzle Cake, prop Harry Williams is taking to the kitchen again this Monday evening (8pm).

The England international is once again ready to showcase his own culinary skills by doing a special Instagram Live.

Ahead of the big event, Harry is producing his ingredients list for his special ‘Pineapple Upside Down Cake’ which he will make during his live broadcast.

At the same time, he will be answering questions from fans about returning to training, life out of lockdown, his rugby career, The Great British Bake Off and much more.


For the topping

50g softened butter

50g light soft brown sugar

7 pineapple rings in syrup, drained and syrup reserved

7 glacé cherries

For the cake

100g softened butter

100g golden caster sugar

100g self-raising flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs
