Will Rigg to Face Rehab Spell Following Surgery

Exeter Chiefs can confirm that centre Will Rigg will miss the conclusion of the 2024/25 season following surgery.

The centre suffered the injury in Chiefs’ Round 16 match against Northampton Saints at Sandy Park in early May.

After scans and consultation with the Chiefs medical team, it has been confirmed he has suffered a ligamentous injury to his mid foot. The decision was taken for him to undergo surgery.

After recovery, Rigg will enter a period of rehabilitation with the Chiefs medical team, likely to last 3-4 months,
