Zambonin to start Italy's test in Dublin
Published on: 12/02/2026
Exeter Chiefs lock Andrea Zambonin starts for Italy in Round Two of the Guinness Six Nations as they travel to Dublin to take on Ireland.
One week on from their home opener win over Scotland in Rome, the Azzurri make just one change to the starting XV as Lorenzo Pani replaces Juan Ignacio Brex, who is unavailable for personal reasons.
Having kept Finn Russell's talent at bay last week, head coach Gonzalo Quesado now hopes his side will be able to do the same against the likes of Sam Prendergast and Craig Casey.
The game kicks off at 14:10 on Saturday, 14 February at the Aviva Stadium and is broadcast live on ITV.
