Exeter Chiefs Pathway
The pathway provides opportunities for players within the region to enter at any point throughout their rugby development. This allows aspiring young players to join at the entry point that is right for them, when they are ready, to ensure they have the best chance at a rugby career.
The journey through the pathway is not linear. Every player's path is different, providing the specific support needed for the specific athlete.
