Shaping the future of rugby
Now in its 17th year, the Exeter Chiefs Community team delivers a wide range of programmes across the region, focusing on rugby engagement, education, participation, inclusion, health and wellbeing.
Since its launch in 2008, the aim of the Community Chiefs has been to make a positive impact on the local area, with a commitment to benefiting every individual we work with. Each season, the team engages with more than 9,000 people through schools, colleges, clubs, and community groups.

Our experiences programmes not only offer you the perfect insight to life behind the scenes on a match day, but youngsters from rugby clubs, schools or other organisations can get to learn from the best as members of our team squad offer hand-on coaching tips during a fun-filled morning of activity.

Rugby camps
Developed and designed by our team of professional coaches using the most up-to-date techniques, our rugby camps aim to offer young people the best possible experience and insight into the modern-day game.
