England U18s return to Chiefs Academy line-up

Published on: 20/08/2026

A quartet of England U18s players have returned from the International Series to slot straight back into the Chiefs Academy U18s line-up.

Twins Jack and Will McIntosh, as well as Archie Guyver and Jeremy Keys, have most recently been representing their country in South Africa as part of England’s age-grade pathway.

Chiefs return to Gallagher PREM Next Gen action on Friday [August 21] afternoon at Exeter College’s Centre for Rugby Flowerpot Playing Fields. The U18s face Leicester Tigers U18s in round three action at 12:00 before an U17s line-up plays a friendly against Tigers on the same pitch at 14:00.

Assistant academy manager Marc Dibble said: “Friday presents an opportunity to conclude what has been a long block which first started back on July 1. We know Leicester will present a very stern test but with five returning internationals and a very good training week, we are excited for the game.

“This is our only home game in this first block and we want to end it with a performance we are proud of.”

Following a tough opening two weeks for the Academy in the competition, the matchday side is also refreshed by the return of Italy U18s player Max Nikitakos on the bench.

Will McIntosh slots in at inside centre while his brother Jack takes the right wing. Keys pulls on the blindside flanker shirt with Guyver on the left wing.

The final score will be updated on our fixtures page here post-match.
