Hooper and Ikitau starting Wallabies’ final autumn clash against France
Tom Hooper and Len Ikitau have both been selected to start for the Wallabies against France on Saturday evening.
The match marks Ikitau's 50th appearance for his country. The Australians bring their autumn campaign to a close at the Stade de France after frustrating results against England, Italy and Ireland.
Recently nominated for World Rugby men’s 15s breakthrough player of the year, Joseph Sua’ali’I starts in the centre with Ikitau while Harry Wilson again captains the side from number eight.
Australian head coach Joe Schmidt said: “We’ve tried to freshen things up during the week after what’s been a dense and challenging tour so far.
“The players have looked to prepare well and they’re eager to finish their season with a positive performance against one of the world’s best teams.”
The fixture kicks off at 20:10 on Saturday, 22 November and will be broadcast live on TNT Sports.
