Refreshing your Exeter Chiefs match day
Published on: 09/09/2026
It’s been a busy summer for the behind-the-scenes teams at Sandy Park who have been working hard to upgrade the supporter experience on a match day.
The Dartmouth Castle Bar and Powderham Castle Bar have both had a revamp with new behind-the-bar imagery and wall decoration.
In terms of beers on offer, Cruzcampo will be available at all bars around the ground too, while Beavertown Neck Oil will also be present in the Dartmouth Castle Bar and in the West Grandstand.
Heineken 0.0 will now be served on tap from the Chiefs Bar on the piazza, the Inch's Bar, the Debenture Bar in the East Terrace, and the Chiefs Supporters’ Bar in the Undercroft.
Fans will also benefit from the new express bar window in the centre of the East Terrace, which will offer two-pint drinks and large packets of crisps only.
Natasha Pavis, the club’s chief operations officer, said: “We have been upgrading many of the internal areas of the stadium over the summer but also wanted to meet the changing catering needs of our supporters. These beers will be a welcome addition to our range, and I think the speedy service at the new hatch will go down well too. As well as changes to the matchday offering at Sandy Park, we are also bringing back some of the elements supporters have given us positive feedback on.”
The Rugby Masterclass in The Undercroft will return for PREM games and will welcome back Chiefs legends to give fans a few pointers about rules and regulations.
DJ Bunnynotbonnie will be back in the Powderham Castle Bar to continue the party after every match day. For those who prefer a live band, there is a fantastic line-up already booked for post-match entertainment in the Exeter Suite.
For the younger fans, the River Dart Kids’ Zone - behind the Inch’s Stand - is back for another season for active pre and post-match entertainment. This will be open for free for this weekend’s PREM Rugby Cup game against Bristol Bears.
