Chiefs top try scorers for 2025/26 - Maisy Allen and Campbell Ridl

Top try scorers announced for 2025/26 season

Published on: 24/06/2026

Exeter Chiefs can now announce their top try scorers following the conclusion of the men’s and women’s 2025/26 seasons.

The End of Season Dinner saw the announcement of the shortlist for both awards, but they could not be finalised until now.

For the men, Paul Brown-Bampoe, Immanual Feyi-Waboso, Greg Fisilau, Campbell Ridl and Henry Slade were all in the running at that stage of the season, but the team still had three more games to play, including last Saturday’s Gallagher PREM Final.

At the end of the regular season, Ridl led the way with 16 tries with the closest contender being Feyi-Waboso on 13. The 21-year-old ended up on 17 after his try at the weekend to claim the Top Try Scorer award, sponsored by Collard Security Ltd.

For the women, Maisy Allen, DaLeaka Menin, Flo Robinson and Alex Tessier were all contenders, however, a late try-scoring surge from Claudia Moloney-MacDonald put her squarely in the mix too.

Despite Moloney-MacDonald ending the season on 11 tries from 11 games, Allen still took the prize, also sponsored by Collard Security Ltd, with 14 tries ager she scored the last try of the Chiefs Women’s season against Saracens in the PWR semi-final.

Trevor Collard, director of Collard Security Ltd, said: “I would like to congratulate both players for their try-scoring prowess this season. Both Maisy and Campbell have had standout seasons for the women and men respectively and I am excited to see how they do in 2026/27.”

These two awards mean both Allen and Ridl finished the season with three awards apiece. Flanker Allen won Players’ Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year while winger Ridl was also voted Young Player of the Year and won Individual Try of the Season.
