Jack Wiles, who served in the Royal Airforce for 10 years before starting RB Club in 2023, is reinventing and recycling old season sports shirts, handcrafting them into unique bucket hats. 

These limited-edition Exeter Chiefs bucket hats are crafted from 19/20 shirts worn in the season we lifted both the Premiership and Champions Cup trophies. Made from either home or away playing shirts (one will be randomly selected for you!), each hat is unique, cut from authentic match kit material, so no two are exactly alike.
