River Dart Kid's Zone
Introducing the River Dart Country Park Kid’s Zone at Sandy Park!
Enhance your match day experience with a wide range of activities to enjoy. Open on each Men's and Women’s home game, the Kid’s Zone is the perfect place to entertain the family, on an exciting Match Day at Sandy Park.
There are three areas at the River Dart Country Park Kid’s Zone:
The Adventure Zone
7.5 METRE ADVENTURE CLIMBING WALL
Kit up and tackle our 7.5m Climbing Wall! All climbs are on auto belays, the instructor will clip you on and off the safety cable.
ADVENTURE CAVE
Get the helmet and torch on and explore the Adventure Cave! Our cave is an exciting replication of real caving. Test your skills by navigating the passageways, tight tunnels, boulders, and chambers. You will be kitted up by an instructor and then it’s time to enter the twist and turns of 90 metres of passageways.
ADVENTURE TRAIL
Take on the exciting Adventure Trail! Test your balance and skill along the course. A fun and challenging activity for all participants.
The Accuracy Zone
Perfect your passing skills! The aim of the game is to pass the rugby balls through the holes on the board. Will you make five perfect passes to beat your friends and family? Get your name on the high score leader board
- Kid’s Zone wristband holders have 1 free attempt at the Rugby Ball Pass Challenge.

The Skill Zone
Take aim at our two archery ranges! Using indoor archery equipment, test your bow and arrow skills to get the best score on the target face. Can you score high enough to reach the top of the leader board?

BOOKING INFORMATION
- Online pre-booking for the Adventure Zone only = £8 per person. Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment and is available online up to 24 hours before match day. BOOK NOW
- Purchase on match day at River Dart Country Park Kid’s Zone = £10 per person. Booking takes place in the River Dart Country Park Kid’s Zone Cabin (Card or contactless payments only)
- The Accuracy Zone and Skill Zone are turn up and play on the day only.
SEASON PASS
Kid’s Zone SEASON PASS! (includes unlimited access to all zones at River Dart Country Park Kid’s Zone for all home games)
- The Kid's Zone Season Pass means you don't have to worry about remembering to book every week! For only £55, you will have access every single match-day, both Men's & Women's Games! That's a big saving on having to book every single week.
- Exeter Chiefs Season Ticket Holders and Junior Chiefs are eligible for a reduced-price Kid’s Zone Season Pass of £35 (proof will be required at point of entry to River Dart Country Park Kid’s Zone).

WHAT DO I GET?
- Kid’s Zone wristband holders get unlimited access to The Adventure Zone (Climbing Wall, Adventure Cave and Adventure Trail), plus 1 x free attempt at the Rugby Ball Pass Challenge and 1 x free attempt at Archery.
OPENING TIMES
- Available on match days only - You Must have a Match Ticket to attend!
- Zone opens 2 hours before kick-off and closes in line with the stadium.
- Zone closed during game time.
ON ARRIVAL
- Pre-booked ticket holders and non-ticket holders must check in at the River Dart Country Park Kid’s Zone Cabin to obtain wristband before proceeding.
Activity Terms and Conditions
Opening Times:
- Available on match days only - You Must have a Match Ticket to attend!
- Zone opens 2 hours before kick-off and closes in line with the stadium.
- Zone closed during game time.
Climbing Experience participants must:
- Be a minimum weight of 3 stone (this is the minimum weight you need to be for the belays to lower you down)
- Maximum weight of 17 stone.
- Wear comfortable, weather suitable clothing, and footwear. Shoes must have enclosed toes and be able to be securely fastened.
Caving Experience participants must:
- Minimum age 5 years.
- The caving system may be difficult/uncomfortable for any participant over 6’4’ high, 44” chest, 20” shoulder, & 42” waist.
- Wear comfortable, weather suitable clothing, and footwear. Shoes must have enclosed toes and be able to be securely fastened.
All activities participants must:
- Participate at your own risk.
- Behave in a responsible manner.
- Remove all loose objects or jewellery before participating.
- Carry out safety rules given by the instructor.

- Not suitable for anyone suffering from high blood pressure, any heart conditions, epilepsy, or serious claustrophobia.
- Activities may be forced to close in adverse weather conditions
- You must not participate if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have any back or neck problems or have had an operation within the past twelve months.
- You must not participate if you are undergoing any medical treatment or have any other conditions that may be affected by participating in such activity.
Equipment
All safety equipment will be provided. We aim to ensure that we have equipment for all sizes of customers participating in our activities. However, in exceptional cases a customer’s body shape and size may not match that of the equipment we hold. In this instance, a refund would be applicable.
