Getting To Sandy Park
Travelling by Car
Sandy Park Stadium (EX2 7NN) is conveniently located just off Junction 30 of the M5, meaning travel to us from Devon and beyond is extremely straightforward.
There is no on-site car parking for supporters at Sandy Park on match days, so we have worked very hard to produce a transport strategy which enables supporters, both home and away, to gain easy access to the stadium.
Off-site, match day parking opens 3.5 hrs before kick-off, along with a FREE shuttle bus service and is available at park and change Exeter science park. The site is located just off Anning Drive, north of Honiton Road and next to the Exeter Science Park. If you plan to use a sat nav to reach the site, the postcode for the nearby buildings at the Science Park is EX5 2FN, when this is full you will directed to overflow parking at Grenadier road.
All car parks will be signposted clearly from Junctions 29 & 30 on the M5.
There are limited spaces for motorcyclists at Sandy Park on a match day, however this is on a first come, first served basis.
We also facilitate a drop-off service onsite prior to kick off, however any pick-ups are restricted to ONE HOUR after the final whistle. Please be aware that any pick-up arranged, private or taxi, will be turned away during this hour to allow safe pedestrian egress.

Travelling by Train
The Exeter to Exmouth railway line runs right past the stadium with a regular service on match days.
Using the bridge over the A379, Digby & Sowton Station is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Sandy Park, while Newcourt Station is also an option for travelling fans and is also less than a 15-minute walk from the stadium.
Great Western Rail have set up a number of match day special trains and anyone wishing to find out more should visit their website.
In addition, you can use their text feature which shows up-to-date train departures from their stations.
Text DIG or EXD (for Digby and St Davids respectively) to 84950 and you will get an answer showing the next five or six departures with their expected times. Supporters can also call 08457 484950 to get an update on train times.
Travelling by Bus
There are three match day specials which operate three hours before kick-off and for three hours after the final whistle.
The Chiefs Bus - Run by Stage Coach - Starting from Exeter St Davids and stopping at Cheeke Street and Heavitree Co-Op.
The No. 77, run by Greenslades, has 3 starting points, Victory Hall in Exminster, Chantry Meadow in Alphington, and Cowick Lane, then all buses regardless of starting point travel along Cowick Street (First & Last), Fore Street (BHS), Topsham Road (County Hall) and onto Sandy Park. Buses run every 20 minutes. Post match all buses cover the whole route so whether you are going into town, to St Thomas, Alphington or Exminster, hop on any 77.
The No. 78, also run by Greenslades, starts at Exeter St Davids, then covers Streatham Rise, Union Road, Mount Pleasant Rd, Polsloe Road and then down through Heavitree. Buses run every 30 minutes.

Travelling by Taxi
With no parking available on site, a taxi is a great way of getting directly to the stadium.
