Born and bred in Devon, Hannah Sams began playing rugby at primary school before she joined her local rugby club.
She went on to play for Kingsbridge RFC and won the U18s National Cup with her teammates. She has earned representative honours for England U18s too.
Part of the Exeter College programme, this tight-head prop has already made an impact this season, scoring on her Sandy Park debut.
