Born and bred in Devon, Hannah Sams began playing rugby at primary school before she joined her local rugby club.
She went on to play for Kingsbridge RFC and won the U18s National Cup with her teammates. She has earned representative honours for England U18s and England U20s too. Sams was selected to represent the England Students in August 2025.
Part of the Exeter College programme, this tight-head prop has already made an impact this season, scoring on her Sandy Park Allianz Cup debut and made her league debut against Sale Sharks.
