Lilly Plowman is a shining example of a player who has come through the pathway. Born in Exeter, she played for Crediton RFC before joining the Academy at Exeter College and then heading to the University of Exeter.
She has represented her country at U18s and U20s levels.
Plowman made her debut for Exeter Chiefs Women against Trailfinders Women in the PWR Cup in 2025.
