Kent-born forward Bricknell first started playing rugby at Sheppey RFC when she was just four years-old having grown up with a father and uncle who both played rugby – all but forcing a love of the game on the youngster. She took to it well and has never looked back.
At just 25 years-old, Bricknell has already enjoyed brief spells representing fellow PWR sides Bristol Bears Women and Gloucester-Hartpury before a five-year spell at Warriors Women.
Following the situation at Worcester, Bricknell was looking for an opportunity when the light began to shine upon a move to Devon.
