Abby Middlebrooke has played rugby since she was 12 years old, having started off at Exeter Saracens, captaining both their U15s and U18s sides.
She also represented and captained Devon at both U15s and U18s level and achieved age-group honours during her time at Exeter College; where she studied sport and exercise science, winning two caps for England U18s and two caps for England U20s.
Middlebrooke has been with Chiefs from the very start and made her debut against Sale Sharks in November 2021.
After been called up to the England Women's Pathway squad in the summer of 2024, she has swapped coaching at Exeter College for a place at University of Exeter studying sports and exercise science.
Most recently, Middlebrooke has been named as one of the coaches that will help develop Poppy Leitch's U23s squad.
