Harlequins' annual trip to Twickenham Stadium, this season against London Irish, has been chosen for live television coverage Premiership Rugby confirmed today.

The Aviva Premiership Rugby champions face London Irish in ‘Big Game 5’ on Saturday 29 December, kick off 2.15pm, screened live on ESPN.

The clash between Harlequins and London Irish is part of a live TV double header, Sky Sports showing Gloucester Rugby’s trip to Leicester Tigers on the same day, this game kicking off at 5pm.

The live Christmas holiday matches are completed on 30 December when Saracens stage the second-ever Aviva Premiership Rugby match at Stadium MK, hosting Northampton Saints, also on ESPN, kick off 2.15pm.

The latest list of live television matches in Aviva Premiership Rugby kick off on Friday 30 November when Northampton Saints make the trip to Salford City Stadium for a 7.45pm clash, live on ESPN against Sale Sharks. They are followed that weekend by Bath Rugby’s trip to Leicester Tigers, also live on ESPN at 12.30pm and the Sky Sports cameras visit Vicarage Road to screen Saracens’ match against Gloucester Rugby 24 hours later.
