Age Qualifications

Child – aged 2-10. Please note that child tickets are not sold in standing areas
Youth – aged 11-16
All under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 2 do not need a match ticket

Standing Terrace areas (North Terrace, East Terrace, Ground area) A minimum height restriction of 1.3m (130cm/51inches) has been introduced in to all standing terrace areas from the start of the 2019/20 season. The requirement for ticket holders in the standing areas to be aged 11 applies. Those bringing children under the age of 11 to the terrace area may be refused access to the fixture, and there may be no alternative seating to offer. This may result in the individual being ejected from the stadium.

Full-time Student Concessions

Proof of full-time student ID will be asked for on booking, and on entry to the stadium, for all student ticket holders. Anyone not holding the correct identification will be required to upgrade their ticket to an adult ticket before being able to gain entry to the stadium. Please note, NUS cards are not accepted as a form of student identification.

Cancellation of Tickets

Match tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative game.

E-Tickets

Tickets purchased online must be printed prior to arrival at the Stadium. Please ensure that your ticket is printed on A4 paper with the barcode clearly visible. Failure to print your e-ticket may result in a £5 admin fee for your ticket(s) to be printed at the Ticket Office.

2024/25 Season Tickets

a) All prices are correct at time of going to the press.

b) Those purchasing tickets that are for a specific age group (i.e child/youth) must be in that age group on 30th June 2025.

c) Season Tickets are subject to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of Exeter Rugby Club Ltd.

d) Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a season ticket as a result of misconduct in breach of the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws referred to above.

e) Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. also reserves the right to withdraw/or cancel a season ticket if all payments have not been received by the date specified by Exeter Rugby Club Ltd

f) Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. reserves the right to change or withdraw any benefits offered at any time and without notice

g) Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. reserve the right to move the location of any purchased season ticket at any time and without notice.

h) Exeter Rugby Club reserves the right to withdraw any Season Ticket if required to do so by any relevant Sporting or Competition body.

i) All Season Tickets are offered subject to availability.

j) Season Tickets are non-refundable.

k) The Season Ticket must be used to gain access to home games by the authorised entry points.

l) Exeter Rugby Club cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen cards or lanyards. All losses must be reported to the club immediately. A charge will be made for replacement of stolen or lost cards or lanyards.

m) Progression games are not included within the season ticket package.

n) If you forget your Season Ticket on match day, you will be required to visit the Ticket Office to have a match ticket printed for entry. Charges may apply.

o) Season Tickets are valid for all games as stated above. Priority will be given to Season Ticket Holders to purchase tickets for additional and other games not included in the Season Ticket package.

p) Season Ticket Holders are entitled to receive a 5% discount on all bar purchases on Exeter Chiefs match days by showing their season ticket when making their purchase

q) Season Ticket Holders are entitled to receive a 10% discount on all full price Exeter Chiefs merchandise on production of their season ticket

r) You are required to adhere to directions and lawful instructions given by match day stewards at all times.

Monthly Direct Debit Scheme

You may become a season ticket holder by paying for a season ticket at the price set out on our website in one full upfront payment. Alternatively, you can pay monthly at the price set out on our website via a monthly payment plan. Please note that if you choose to become a monthly member you are agreeing that you will continue to pay for the ticket and be a season ticket holder for a minimum of twelve months.

Please be aware, the purchase of all season tickets will be subject to availability. If you are not already a season ticket holder, you should try to purchase your season ticket for the upcoming season prior to the end of the then current season. However, depending on availability, we may still have season tickets available for the upcoming season following the end of the current season.

New purchases for 24/25 Season Tickets were made available from February 2024.

1) If tickets are purchased prior to 14^th March, tickets will be paid for over 12 months. For supporters purchasing their tickets from 15^th March the payment plan will be available over eleven months and so on.

2) The first instalment will be taken on the 28^th of the following month, via Direct Debit. The second will be taken on the 28^th of the following month, and so on.

3) To use the Direct Debit facility, you must be 18 years old or over, and hold a valid UK bank account. Parents or guardians may make an application for a membership to be used by a person aged under 18.

4. If the season ticket holder:

a) Fails to comply with any of the terms of this agreement; or

b) Fails to pay Exeter Rugby Club Limited a monthly payment on or within 14 days of the due date for payment; or

c) Fails to maintain the Direct Debit plan

then and in such event the ticket holder agrees to allow the club to debit a credit / debit card as provided when purchasing. Should this transaction be blocked then the ticket holder agrees that the season ticket card will be de-activated and the ticket holder will return without demand the season ticket card(s) to the Club forthwith. The ticket holder agrees that, in the event their season ticket card has to be deactivated, their ticket may be re-sold should they have outstanding payments up to 48 hours prior to a fixture. The Club reserves the right to take whatever legal actions are necessary to affect the return of any membership card(s) not returned as agreed

5. The season ticket holder will not without prior consent of the Club be entitled to use the season ticket card in the event of a default as described in clause 4 above.

6. If following an event of a default as described in clause 4 the season ticket holder wishes to continue for the remainder of the current season, the holder shall pay forthwith to the Club the total of the remaining monthly payments which are unpaid.

7. Following a default as described in clause 4 above, all instalment facilities will be withdrawn from the season ticket holder indefinitely.

8. This agreement is personal to the season ticket holder and is not assignable by the season ticket holder.

9. The club reserve the right to refuse members entry in to the monthly payment scheme

There is no monthly instalment scheme, 1905 and Gold Card Holders will need to pay in full.

Loyalty Scheme

Season Ticket Holders are entitled to receive a 5% discount on all bar purchases on match days by showing their season ticket when making their purchase

Season Ticket Holders are entitled to receive a 10% discount on all full price Exeter Chiefs merchandise on production of their season ticket

Season Ticket Holders will be given priority to book their own season ticket seat / terrace place on home progression games for a limited time which will be set and advised by Exeter Rugby Club.

2023/24 Match Tickets Terms & Conditions

h) Exeter Rugby Club Ltd reserves the right to amend your seat/standing place at any time, even after the match has started, should this be deemed necessary for operational, safety or security reasons.

i) All match tickets are subject to availability

j) All match tickets are non-refundable

k) Tickets purchased online need to be downloaded and printed in e-ticket format. Should match tickets not be printed prior to arrival at the stadium, you will need to visit the ticket office for a printed ticket. Charges may apply.

l) A ticket is not to be sold for more than its face value and is only valid if presented complete.

m) Should a match be postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, any purchased match ticket will be valid for the rearranged fixture. No refunds will be offered.

n) You are required to adhere to directions and lawful instructions given by match-day stewards and staff at all times.

1905 Club Terms & Conditions

The general terms and conditions for season tickets apply to 1905 club season tickets.

You will be allocated a seat within the central section of the West Grandstand for all matches covered by the season ticket.

Your 1905 season ticket will be available for you for all Exeter Chiefs home games in the regular season. Progression games are not included within the season ticket package.

Off-Site parking and the use of the free shuttle bus service to and from the stadium will be available to you on match days.

It is essential that your 1905 season ticket is carried with you at all times on match-days, as you will not be able to gain entry to the stadium or other facilities without them.

If you fail to bring your season card(s) with you to the fixture, you will need to visit the Ticket Office for a reprinted ticket. Charges may apply.

The 1905 hospitality is located in the Estuary Suite. Access to the Estuary Suite will be available 3 hours prior to kick off, via the Main Reception where you will be welcomed by one of our team, who will issue you with your security band, and direct you to the top floor.

You will have priority to book your 1905 season ticket for any progression fixtures.

Business Gold Card Terms & Conditions

The general Terms and Conditions for Season Tickets apply to Business Gold Card Season Tickets.

Holders of Business Gold Card Season Ticket packages have the following Privileges:

Access to Gold Card Suite via the north entrance.
Use of the allocated seats in the West Grandstand for all matches covered by the Season Ticket.
Access on match days to the Gold Card Suite and the County Suite (Members Bar)
Discounts on all bar beverages purchased on match days with the authorised card being presented.
Right to book pre-match meal on match days in the Gold Card Suite (subject to availability)
Off-site free VIP parking and use of the free shuttle bus service to and from the stadium on match days.
Priority booking for progression matches not covered by the Season Ticket.
Right to apply for international tickets allocated to Exeter Rugby Club by the RFU.
One Membership of Exeter Rugby Club, giving rights accorded to Members as specified in the Rules of Exeter Rugby Club, for as long as the Gold Card package remains valid.
Preferential rates at Sandy Park Conference & Banqueting Centre, subject to availability. Rates do not apply to Events & Sandy Park Christmas Parties.

Gold Card Dining Terms and Conditions

1.Tickets and Access to the Stadium

a) You will use your Gold Card tickets as usual for access to the stadium and the seasonal terms and conditions apply.

b) The number of dining spaces you will be able to book will be equal to the number of Gold Cards you hold.

c) No refunds or amendments are permitted. This includes all bookings completed prior to a fixture date/kick off time being confirmed.

d) If you fail to bring your match tickets with you to the fixture, you will need to visit the Ticket Office for a reprinted ticket. Charges may apply.

e) It is essential that guests carry their match tickets with them at all times when moving around the stadium.

f) Access to the Exeter Suite is via the Gold Card Entrance at the North Turnstiles.

2. Hospitality in the Exeter Suite

a) A two-course carvery will be available 2½ hours before kick-off for 1½ hours.

b) You are welcome to open a bar tab whilst entertaining your guests. To do this, a company credit or debit card must be held in a secure cabinet behind the bar for the duration and the tab must be settled prior to departure.

c) Your table will be cleared during the game, in preparation for the post-match bands.

d) As a licensed premise, we have a duty of care for all our customers. If we feel that any group or individual is behaving inappropriately, we will endeavour to engage with the organiser as soon as possible to resolve the situation. However, if anyone is considered to have had too much to drink and/or is being unruly, they will be asked to leave the stadium.

Corporate Hospitality Package Terms and Conditions
