Terms & Conditions

Age Qualifications

Child – aged 2-10. Please note that child tickets are not sold in standing areas.
Youth – aged 11-16.
All under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 2 do not need a match ticket.

In the Standing Terrace areas (North Terrace, East Terrace, Ground area), there is a minimum height restriction of 1.3m (130cm/51inches). The requirement for ticket holders in the standing areas to be aged 11 applies. Those bringing children under the age of 11 to the terrace area may be refused access if there is no alternative seating to offer.

Full-time Student Concessions

Proof of full-time student ID will be asked for on booking, and on entry to the stadium, for all student ticket holders. Anyone not holding the correct identification will be required to upgrade their ticket to an adult ticket before being able to gain entry to the stadium. Please note, NUS cards are not accepted as a form of student identification.

Match Tickets

All prices are correct at time of going to the press.
A Match Ticket must be held in order to gain access to the stadium.
The Match Ticket must be used to gain access at the authorised entry points.
Tickets must be downloaded to the SP Ticketing App, if a ticket needs to be printed for any reason a £5 admin fee will be charged.
All Match Tickets are subject to availability.
All Match Tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative game. Please be aware when booking that fixture dates and times are subject to change.
Should a match be postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, any purchased Match Ticket will be valid for the rearranged fixture.
A Match Ticket is not to be sold for more than its face value and is only valid when presented complete.
Match Tickets are subject to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of Exeter Rugby Club Ltd.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. Reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a Match Ticket as a result of misconduct in breach of the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws referred to above.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. Reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a Match Ticket if required to do so by any relevant Sporting or Competition Body.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. Reserves the right to amend your seat/standing position at any time, even after the match has started, should this be deemed necessary for operational, safety or security reasons.
Ticket holders are required to adhere to directions and lawful instructions given by Match Day Stewards and Staff at all times.

2024/25 Season Tickets

All prices are correct at time of going to the press.
Those purchasing tickets that are for a specific age group (i.e child/youth) must be in that age group on 30th June 2025.
Season Tickets are subject to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of Exeter Rugby Club Ltd.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a season ticket as a result of misconduct in breach of the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws referred to above.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. also reserves the right to withdraw/or cancel a season ticket if all payments have not been received by the date specified by Exeter Rugby Club Ltd
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. reserves the right to change or withdraw any benefits offered at any time and without notice.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. reserve the right to move the location of any purchased season ticket at any time and without notice.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw any Season Ticket if required to do so by any relevant Sporting or Competition body.
All Season Tickets are offered subject to availability.
Season Tickets are non-refundable.
The Season Ticket must be used to gain access to home games by the authorised entry points.
Exeter Rugby Club cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen cards or lanyards. All losses must be reported to the club immediately. A charge will be made for replacement of stolen or lost cards or lanyards.
Progression games are not included within the season ticket package.
If you forget your Season Ticket on match day, you will be required to visit the Ticket Office to have a match ticket printed for entry. Charges may apply.
Season Tickets are valid for all games as stated above. Priority will be given to Season Ticket Holders to purchase tickets for additional and other games not included in the Season Ticket package.
Season Ticket Holders are entitled to receive a 5% discount on all bar purchases on Exeter Chiefs match days by showing their season ticket when making their purchase.
Season Ticket Holders are entitled to receive a 10% discount on all full-price Exeter Chiefs merchandise on production of their Season Ticket.
You are required to adhere to directions and lawful instructions given by match day stewards at all times.

Monthly Payment Plan

You can choose to pay in full for your Season Ticket or via our Monthly Payment Plan by agreeing to pay over a series of monthly instalments.

If Season Tickets are purchased prior to the 14th March, the balance due will be split across 12 months. For supporters purchasing their Season Ticket from the 15th March, the Monthly Payment Plan will be available over 11 months and so on.

The first instalment will be taken on the 28th of the following month via Direct Debit, and the 28th of each month thereafter.

To qualify for the Monthly Payment Plan, you must be 18 years old or over, and hold a valid UK Bank Account. Parents or guardians may make an application for a Season Ticket to be used by a supporter under the age of 18. The club reserves the right to refuse access to the Monthly Payment Plan scheme on an individual basis.

The club maintains the right to cancel your Season Ticket if any of the following occur:

The Season Ticket Holder fails to comply with any of the terms of this agreement.
The Season Ticket Holder fails to maintain the monthly Direct Debit payments.

Any missed payments must be paid in full within 14 days of the due date. Should a payment not be received within 14 days, the club holds the right to cancel your Season Ticket and you are required to return your card to the club immediately. The club reserves the right to take any necessary legal action should the Season Ticket Card not be returned as required.

The Season Ticket Holder agrees that in the event their Season Ticket has to be cancelled, it may be resold on a game-by-game basis should they have outstanding payments up to 48 hours prior to a fixture.

This agreement is personal to the Season Ticket Holder and is not assignable by the Season Ticket Holder.

1905 Club

The general terms and conditions for Season Tickets apply to 1905 Club Season Tickets.

You will be allocated a seat within the central section of the West Grandstand for all matches covered by the Season Ticket.
Your 1905 Season Ticket will be available for you to all Exeter Chiefs home games in the regular season. Progression games are not included within the package.
Off-Site parking and the use of the free shuttle bus service to and from the stadium will be available to you on match days.
It is essential that your 1905 Season Ticket is carried with you at all times on match days, as you will not be able to gain entry to the stadium or other facilities without them.
If you fail to bring your Season Ticket Card with you to the fixture, you will need to visit the Ticket Office for a reprinted ticket. Charges may apply.

Business Gold Card

The general terms and conditions for Season Tickets apply to Business Gold Cards.

You must use your Tickets to access the stadium.
No refunds or amendments are permitted. This includes all bookings completed prior to a fixture date/kick-off time being confirmed.
If you fail to bring your Match Tickets with you to the fixture, you will need to visit the Ticket Office for a reprinted ticket. Charges may apply.
It is essential that guests carry their Match Tickets with them at all times when moving around the stadium.
Access to the Exeter Suite is via the Gold Card Entrance at the North Turnstiles.
The number of dining spaces you will be able to book will be equal to the number of Gold Cards you hold.
You are welcome to open a bar tab whilst entertaining your guests. To do this, a company credit or debit card must be held in a secure cabinet behind the bar for the duration and the tab must be settled prior to departure.
Your table will be cleared during the game in preparation for post-match entertainment.

Chiefs Suite Hospitality

The general terms and conditions for Match Tickets apply to Chiefs Suite Hospitality.

You will be allocated a seat within the West Grandstand for your chosen fixture.
No refunds or amendments are permitted. This includes all bookings completed prior to a fixture date/kick off time being confirmed.
If you fail to bring your Match Tickets with you to the fixture, you will need to visit the Ticket Office for a reprinted ticket. Charges may apply.
It is essential that guests carry their Match Tickets with them at all times when moving around the stadium.
Access to the Chiefs Suite is via Main Reception 3 hours prior to kick-off.
You are welcome to open a bar tab whilst entertaining your guests. To do this, a company credit or debit card must be held in a secure cabinet behind the bar for the duration and the tab must be settled prior to departure.
Your table will be cleared during the game, in preparation for post-match entertainment.
As a licensed premise, we have a duty of care for all our customers. If we feel that any group or individual is behaving inappropriately, we will endeavour to engage with the organiser as soon as possible to resolve the situation. However, if anyone is considered to have had too much to drink and/or is being unruly, they will be asked to leave the stadium.

Exeter Suite Hospitality

The general terms and conditions for Match Tickets apply to Exeter Suite Hospitality.

You will be allocated a seat within the West Grandstand for your chosen fixture.
No refunds or amendments are permitted. This includes all bookings completed prior to a fixture date/kick off time being confirmed.
If you fail to bring your Match Tickets with you to the fixture, you will need to visit the Ticket Office for a reprinted ticket. Charges may apply.

Community Camps

All Community Camp Tickets are subject to availability.
All Community Camp Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
Should a camp be postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, any purchased ticket will be valid for the rearranged camp.
Community Camp Tickets are subject to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of Exeter Rugby Club Ltd.
Exeter Rugby Club Ltd. Reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a Community Camp Ticket as a result of misconduct in breach of the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws referred to above.
Participants are required to adhere to directions and lawful instructions given by Coaches and Staff at all times.

EXETER CHIEFS – RESALE PLATFORM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To use the Resale Platform, you must input your log in details (email address/password linked to your Season Ticket Account) when prompted to login at our Ticketing site.

2. Your login details are to be used by you only. You are wholly responsible for the use of the Website by any person using your personal computer or point of presence and you are responsible for ensuring that any such person also fully complies with these Terms and Conditions.

3. POSTING SEASON TICKETS FOR SALE

3.1 You may only post your Season Ticket, for matches on sale through the Resale Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions provided that you are a Season Ticket Holder and hold a Season Ticket which includes a Match Ticket to the relevant Match.

3.2 Matches for which Resale Platform will operate shall be determined by the Club at our sole discretion.

3.3 In the event a Match is sold out (the Sold-out Match), the Club may at its absolute sole discretion activate the Club's official Ticket Resale Platform. Season Ticket holders who are unable to attend the Sold-out Match, can then log into their account online and make their seat for the Sold-out Match (which their Seasonal Membership entitles use of) available for purchase via the Club's Resale Platform.

3.4 All Season Tickets placed on sale through the Resale Platform will be sold at a price determined by the Club.

3.5 A Season Ticket Holder may post a Match Ticket for sale on Ticket Resale Platform by logging into the Website with their login details. If a Match is available for a Season Ticket Holder to offer their Match Ticket for sale, “Resale Platform” will appear next to the relevant Match on the ticketing page of the Website. A Season Ticket Holder may offer their Match Ticket to that Match for sale to users of the Exeter Chiefs Ticketing Site, by clicking on the relevant Match and following the instructions. Resale Platform will indicate the amount that the Season Ticket Holder shall receive if the Ticket is sold (the “Seller’s Amount”).

3.6 The Season Ticket Holder will receive up to 60% of the Match Ticket Price, the difference between the Match Ticket Price and the Seller’s Amount shall be retained by the Club to cover administrative charges and to prevent misapplication of the Resale facility.

3.7 The time periods for which a Match Ticket may be offered for sale will be determined at the Club’s discretion. Generally, the Ticket Resale Platform will open the Monday prior to the date of which the Match will be due to played.

3.8 When the Season Ticket Holder posts a Match Ticket for sale through the Ticket Resale Platform, the deadline by which that Match Ticket must be sold, or the offer lapses will be indicated. The Season Ticket Holder may, however, at any time between posting the Match Ticket on sale until the deadline or, the Match Ticket being sold, withdraw that Match Ticket from sale.

3.9 If a Match Ticket is not sold by the deadline that Match Ticket will no longer be offered for sale through the Resale Platform and the Season Ticket Holder may use the Match Ticket to attend the Match as if they had not offered the Match Ticket for sale.

3.10 If a Match Ticket is sold through the System, The Club will;

a) Send the Season Ticket Holder a confirmation email;

b) De-activate the Season Ticket Holder’s card so that the card will not permit admittance to the Ground for that Match;

c) Credit the Season Ticket Holder’s account balance with an amount equal to the Seller’s Amount as per clause 3.5. (The credit will only be issued on completion of the Match Ticket being purchase through the Resale Platform)

3.11 All amounts credited to the Season Ticket Holder’s balance will automatically be offset against the cost of purchasing or renewing Season Tickets for the following season in the event that the Season Ticket Holder elects to pay for the new season on the Club’s website. Alternatively, any amounts credited can be offset against any additional Match Tickets, Hospitality or Sandy Park Events.

3.12 Posting a Match Ticket for sale through the Ticket Resale Platform does not guarantee that the Match Ticket will be sold.

4. BUYING A TICKET VIA RESALE PLATFORM

4.1 Anyone registered to use the Website may purchase Match Tickets by logging into the Website. Match Tickets posted via Ticket Resale Platform will appear as available to buy and be subject to the same Ticketing Terms and Conditions of the Club which can be found here. Any purchase of a Match Ticket is deemed acceptance of these terms.

4.2 In the event that the Buyer purchases a Match Ticket using the Website, the Buyer forms a contract with the Seller and with the Club acting as the agent of the Seller. The Buyer shall pay the Price to the Club (acting as agent of the Seller).
