Ian Tempest takes charge of his 50th Premiership fixture when Exeter Chiefs play host to Worcester Warriors in Round 5 of this season's Gallagher Premiership on Saturday (3pm).

The Chiefs go into the game in second place, having won all four of their fixtures so far this season. Rob Baxter's side collected their latest win last weekend when they won 24-17 at Kingston Park.

However, their failure to land the try bonus point for the first time this term, plus Saracens' 38-15 home win over Gloucester, meant the defending champions leap-frogged the Chiefs at the top of the table.

Worcester, meanwhile, arrive at Sandy Park having collected their first win of the season when they picked up maximum points from their 44-37 win against Leicester Tigers at Welford Road.

Summer signing Duncan Weir led the way for the Midlanders, bagging half of his side's points on the day, including a first half brace of tries. Also on the scoresheet were Jack Singleton, Chris Pennell and Jack Hill, the latter of whom scored two tries on his top flight debut.

Saturday's clash at Sandy Park will be the 13th Premiership meeting between the Chiefs and the Warriors with the Devonians having won 11 of them. The sole blemish on that record was last season where the visitors claimed a narrow 6-5 victory. That was Exeter's only defeat on home soil in the Premiership last season and remains their latest home defeat, which came in February of this year.
