Speedy service at Sandy Park

Exeter Rugby Club are always looking at ways to improve the customer experience here at Sandy Park on match-days.

Indeed, purchasing food and drink has never been easier with contactless payment available on all bars and food outlets located all around the stadium.

Keen to ensure more and more supporters who visit for games get the most from their match-day experience, club officials have made it a priority to have quicker service points and more cashless selling areas.

Having trialled the scheme earlier this season on one of the club’s main bars using just card payment, rather than cash sales, five bars and three catering outlets are to now have designated cashless areas.

As well as speeding up service during busy periods on game day, the club says less cash sales will also assist the club’s accounts team and their banking needs with charges rising all the time.

Meanwhile, due to circumstances out of the club’s control, we no longer have cash machines located at Sandy Park.

It has been decided by our provider Cardtronics that the cash machines located at the stadium are not financial viable to them due to the infrequency of usage.
