Exeter Rugby Club would like to issue the following important match-day information to supporters ahead of Saturday's Aviva Premiership semi-final with Wasps at Sandy Park (3:15pm).

TICKETING

The game is a complete sell-out, no tickets will be available on the day (including any reprints of tickets or upgrades).

Season Ticket Holders and Gold Card members are reminded that your 2015/16 card WILL NOT work for Saturday's Aviva Premiership semi-final against Wasps.

Normal match-day protocol of using your Season Tickets and Members Cards solely to gain access is not permitted as this is a progression fixture and an official match ticket will be needed to gain entry to the stadium.

STADIUM OPENING

Sandy Park Stadium will itself open at 11am, allowing supporters to arrive in plenty of time to catch the first play-off clash between Saracens and Leicester Tigers (kick-off 12:30pm).

All match-day bars, food outlets and TV screens will be operational from the moment the stadium opens, allowing early arrivals to take their place either in the stands or terraces, whilst watching the first fixture of the day.

TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT

As the game falls on the same weekend as that of the Devon County Show, taking place at the nearby Westpoint Arena, it means there will be a change to normal match-day parking procedures.

Match-day parking for the public, which can be booked in advance at a cost of £7, will be at the Ashfords solicitors and EDF car parks which are situated on Grenadier Road, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH. This will include the usual shuttle bus service to and from the car park to the stadium.

Parking will also be available at nearby Tesco (Exeter Vale) where they will be allowing supporters to park in their overflow car park at a charge of £5 for charity.

For all Gold Card, 1905 and Corporate Box VIP Parking, they will be permitted (on production of their existing car park pass) at the LV and Aviva offices at Pynes Hill (EX2 5SP), where again the usual shuttle bus service will be in operation.

Club officials, together with the Devon & Cornwall Police and Highways Agency, urge all supporters coming to the game by car to exit at Junction 29 of the M5 motorway and following the parking signage. However, please allow extra time for parking and shuttle services on this occasion.

Normal match-day buses from the City Centre will be in operation three hours before kick-off, as will all of the match-day train services.

As a club we advise ALL supporters heading to this weekend's game to please allow extra travelling time.

POST-MATCH ENTERTAINMENT

Usual post-match bars around the stadium will remain open following the final whistle, whilst there will be music in the Exeter Suite provided by Bootleggers Turn and Stillyano. Danny's Disco will also be on offer for those supporters in the Wigwam.
Bar.

The Cowboy Canteen will also be serving food at the North End of the stadium.
