Success on the field for Exeter Chiefs has led to increased success off the field with the newly-crowned Aviva Premiership champions experiencing significant financial growth through new and existing sponsorship deals.
Building on the success of becoming English rugby’s top club at Twickenham in May, now the Chiefs are looking to push their brand identity even further afield, using the relationship they have with local, national and multi-national businesses.
Keen to highlight the investment and commitment provided by the club’s key sponsors ahead of the new campaign, the Chiefs have today released a new promotional video, which showcases the strong bond between the champions and a number of it's key sponsors.
Chris Bentley, Corporate Sales Executive, said: “When the concept of a producing the ‘call to action’ video was mooted I was really excited to see so many of our key sponsors jump at the chance.
"On the back of another record-breaking season commercially, it’s important we don’t rest on our laurels as the efforts redouble for the new season.”
The new promotional video has seen the Chiefs work in tandem with the likes of SW Comms, Flybe, Watson Fuels, Centrax, Otter Brewery, Frobishers, Packexe, Bradford Building Supplies, MJ Baker in helping to enhance the brand of the club, but also it's strong links with businesses.
Tony Rowe OBE, Chairman and Chief Executive of Exeter Rugby Club, added: "For the club to continue challenging on all fronts, it's imperative that we have an equally successful formula off the pitch as we do on it. Without the support of all of our sponsors, it would make our job that much harder.
"To have that backing, not just from the local business community, but from national and multi-national businesses is key to our growth moving forward and we thank them all for supporting the club in the manner they do."
