Ollie Devoto of Exeter Chiefs is to appear before an independent disciplinary panel today at 3:30pm.
Devoto was cited by independent citing commissioner Chris Catling following the match between Harlequins and Exeter Chiefs on Saturday, February 29.
This citing was for the dangerous tackling of Marcus Smith of Harlequins in the 72nd minute of the match, contrary to World Rugby Law 9.13.
The independent panel will comprise Philip Evans QC (chair), with Leon Lloyd and one other panel member to be confirmed
