Regular followers of the Exeter Chiefs will know how much Harry Williams loves the hit TV series ‘The Great British Bake-Off’.

Well, in these times of lockdown, the England international is ready to showcase his own culinary skills by doing a special Instagram Live on Monday evening (8pm).

Ahead of the big event, Harry is producing his ingredients list for his special ‘Orange Drizzle Cake’ which he will make during his live broadcast.

At the same time, he will be answering questions from fans about lockdown life, his rugby career, GBBO and much more.

HARRY’S LIST OF INGREDIENTS

Butter 110g, softened

Golden Caster Sugar 180g

Plain Flour 180g

Baking Powder 2 tsp

Milk 4 tbsp

Orange 1, zest grated

Eggs, 2 large

Oranges, 2 juiced

Lemon, 1 juiced
