Harriet Millar-Mills started her rugby career at eight years old at Manchester RFC later moving to Lichfield in 2013 and Wasps Ladies in 2017.

She made her representative debut in 2011 for the U20s, before being selected for the senior team that same year. Having represented England at both sevens and 15s, Harriet was part of the 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cup squad and collected 66 caps along the way.

At club league level, Millar-Mills was named Premiership’s Players’ Player of the Year in 2015/16 and 2016/17.

She made her debut for Chiefs in the 2023/24 Allianz Cup against Worcester Women in September going on to score a hat-trick against Sale the following month.

Off this pitch, Millar-Mills teaches maths but is also studying for a masters at Exeter University. Her brother Elliot plays for Northampton Saints and Scotland, while her sister Bridget was also a Scotland international.
