Niamh Orchard started playing rugby in Dubai for Arabian Knights RFC. She moved to England in 2015 and joined Sutton & Epsom RFC. She then moved to Gloucester-Hartpury College and now studies at Exeter University. She is a key part of the university team, helping the side reach the BUCS final in the 2022/23 season.
Her first Chiefs appearance was in the Allianz Premiership Cup in the 2022/23 season and she was part of the cup-winning side that defeated Saracens at Sandy Park.
Orchard made her U20s England debut against Scotland and scored a try.
