Toby Clinch

From a young age, turning up to his local rugby club paved the platform for a love of rugby in Toby Clinch. And, having excelled in the ranks at Finborough School in Suffolk, Clinch earned his chance to be brought into the Chiefs ranks ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Whilst at the school, Clinch developed solid foundations in his rugby knowledge and was a key figure in the National U18s Cup Semi-Final squad in 2022/23.

Prior to Finborough, Clinch was brought through the mini and youth rugby programme at Bury St Edmunds Rugby club.

Still in the infancy of a promising career, one of Clinch’s early highlights was his involvement in the aforementioned national school’s competition semi-final as well as being a part of the Saracens Academy throughout the previous three seasons.
