25/26 CHIEFS MEMBERSHIP FAQ'S

What is the price of buying the 25/26 Chiefs Memberships?

• Touchline Membership is £111 for tickets in the South Wings, £126 for tickets in the East Terrace Wings and £138 for tickets in the Inch's (South) Stand Centre.
• Future Chiefs Membership is £35.
• Junior Chiefs Membership is £30.

What is the difference between the Memberships?
There are three membership packages available - the benefits for each are shown in the table below and on this page.

How can I purchase a Membership?

- Touchline Memberships can be purchased from the 1st of August from our Tickethub.
- Junior Chiefs and Future Chiefs memberships can be purchased from the Club Shop at Sandy Park and online here.

How long will my Membership last?
Your 25/26 membership will last until 30th June 2026.

How do I claim the free tickets included with a Future or Junior Chiefs Membership?
You will receive a joining letter with information on how to activate your membership - once this is complete and we have your email address returned to us you will receive information on how to select your free fixtures. The tickets will be accessed via the SP Ticketing App which can be downloaded from all App stores. For any enquiries regarding your tickets contact [email protected]. Each pair of tickets will be for a specific fixture allocated by the club and comprise of one adult ticket and one U17 ticket. They will be in the Inches Stand. Specific details to follow!

How do I select the fixtures for my Touchline Membership Tickets
Once your membership is purchased on the Tickethub you will be able to select your free games in your Tickethub Account. You can purchase tickets to three different fixtures or select two or three tickets for the same fixture. The tickets will be accessed via the SP Ticketing App which can be downloaded from all App stores.

How do I book onto the exclusive events included in my membership?
We will be in touch with you via email to confirm the dates of these events once announced.

I need to purchase multiple memberships for myself and family members – can I put them all against my Ticketing account ID or do I need to purchase them separately against different accounts?

• All Touchline Members will need to have their own email and customer contact number within the Exeter Chiefs Tickethub.
• All Junior and Future memberships need to be purchased from the Club Shop and are not aligned with your Ticketing account.

How do I receive my discount in the Club Shop?
Once you have received your membership card you will be able to show this to receive your discount in the Club Shop outlets at Sandy Park. The discount is in the store only (not online).

How do I become an Exeter Chiefs Mascot?
The only way to become an Exeter Chiefs Mascot is by joining the Junior Chiefs Membership club.  All mascots are chosen at random from the Junior Chiefs members in the lead up to each Men's and Women's Home game and will be contacted via email.  The child selected will receive a free Exeter Chiefs match-kit, two tickets to the game and also get their photo taken with a player on the pitch before leading the Chiefs team up the tunnel and onto the pitch

How do I buy a Chiefs Membership as a gift?

• Touchline Memberships can be purchased as a gift using your own Ticketing account and then transferred to the receiver's account once you have given them the present - please click here to download a Touchline Gift Voucher to print
• Future Chiefs and Junior Chiefs memberships can be bought from the Shop and given as gifts - the receiver will then need to activate their membership as per the instructions inside the bag
